My Practice
How can we heal our deepest wounds? How can we transform our experience of reality? How can we achieve mastery in the physical world?
I have spent the past ten years findings answers to these questions, and helping others do the same.
I work with clients who are interested in improving mental performance, and physical and emotional wellbeing. I employ ancient and modern techniques that work on both cognitive and somatic levels in order to create lasting positive change.
My primary focuses are the improvement of learning rate, memory, creativity, expressive capacity, and energy levels, and the alleviation of anxiety and depression.
My practice is holistic, since blocks to happiness and performance can stem from anything from micronutrient deficiencies to unprocessed childhood traumas. I strive to develop a deep view of each client as a whole, taking into account their goals, history, diet, thinking style, worldview, etc, and base recommendations upon this multifaceted understanding.
I believe in practice, experimentation, and direct experience. I give clients tools and ideas to work with and, after sharing my personal experiences and insights, let them see for themselves what works and what doesn't. This is, in my opinion, the most effective route to healing and transformation.
I offer all prospective clients a free 30 minute zoom consult, in order to discuss objectives and challenges.

About Me
I have amassed hundreds of techniques, practices, and resources that have radically transformed my performance and experience of the world, and which I love to share with others. In addition to coaching, I facilitate retreats, lead group breathwork, meditation, and kirtan events in the Seattle area, and co-run a retreat center in Sedro Woolley.
I am also, as far as I am aware, one of the most experienced dark retreat practitioners in the world, having completed 13 completely light free meditation retreats, lasting 6, 9, 11, 12, 16, 9, 12, 9, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, and 14 days respectively. Much of my coaching philosophy is rooted in the insights this practice has given me on the mind, the body, and ways in which the two influence one another.
In my free time, you can find me playing guitar, piano, Native American flute, and RAV Vast, hiking, slacklining, playing pickleball and ping pong, painting, meditating and shooting photos with my drone (some of which you can see below).
