Dark Retreats

Out of every healing modality I’ve worked with, I credit dark retreats with inducing the most positive transformation in my life.

In a dark retreat, one meditates in an entirely light free room for extended periods of time. During this time, retreat guests often experience deep catharsis and healing.

Since 2020, I have participated in 13 dark retreats, lasting a total of 6, 9, 11, 12, 16, 9, 12, 9, 12, 12, 12, 12, 14 days respectively.

I now offer consulting for those interested in learning more about dark retreats, how to set up a personal retreat, what practices I recommend employing while in them to maximize benefits, etc. I also facilitate dark retreats for friends and clients who I feel are ready to embark on this form of inward journey.
